We are seeking Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-impact video content that strengthens our brand presence on digital platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong creative vision, strong technical editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple video projects across various formats and platforms.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and creatively direct video campaigns for brand initiatives.

Produce, edit, and deliver audiovisual content tailored for different platforms (social media, websites, podcasts, etc.).

Support the marketing team in the planning and execution of audiovisual assets.

Required Qualifications

Education: Degree or certification in Film, Video Editing, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in video editing and content production, preferably in social-first or campaign-focused settings. Experience managing or contributing to YouTube channels is highly preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. Knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is a plus. Familiarity with podcast video editing and vertical video formats. Basic motion graphics and subtitles for social media.

Other: C1 English- Spanish Level.

Work Environment

This is an in-person position at our Bogotá or Medellín, Colombia office.
