General Description

Seeking a highly motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team as a Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the daily smooth functioning of the IT, Client Experience, and Human Resources departments. This person is the go-to for resolving internal challenges, improving processes, and making sure that all behind-the-scenes operations align with firm goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day operational support across the IT, Client Experience, and HR departments.

Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and implement solutions to improve workflows.

Serve as the main liaison for internal escalations and coordinate problem-solving with relevant departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

In-person position at our office in Medellín or Bogota.

Bilingual (English and Spanish), spoken and written, required. Additional languages are a plus.

Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background and/or experience in immigration law is a plus.

• C1-level proficiency in English and Spanish.
