We are seeking a Project Manager to lead execution across creative, brand, and growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and workflows to ensure high-quality execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution across creative, brand, and growth initiatives.

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

• Lead internal and client status meetings in English.

• Organize workflows, documentation, and project tracking systems.

• Identify risks and ensure smooth project delivery.

• Support teams with execution follow-up and operational coordination.

Required Profile

• Based in Colombia.

• Full-time availability.

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

• 3+ years of experience in project management.

• Experience in creative agencies, marketing, branding, or digital environments.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with international clients and remote teams.
